Welcome Members!
Welcome new members!
Thank you for attending today's meeting. During the very brief Lunch hour, we tried to go over some club activity and upcoming events. In the next few weeks, you will get a much better sense of what the club is and does. Just as a reminder, please fill out your applications as soon as possible and turn them in, along with your $5 dues to any of the officers.You will receive a receipt when you turn in your completed application. Please hold on to it for future reference in case your application or dues are misplaced.
If you have any questions, feel free to either stop by Mr. Hayes' (our sponsor) room, Room. 129, or ask any of the officers during nutrition or lunch. We hope to see all of our new members at the next meeting where we will be discussing the upcoming CSF convention, community service events, t-shirt orders, business cards, Club Rush, etc.

Thanks for sticking with us for so long. I know that many of you are seniors, and keeping track of all the club and academic activities is very difficult, so I hope you know how much we appreciate you time. Next week we'll finally be placing orders on our much-awaited club t-shirts!! I know that everyone has waited a long time. We'll also be breaking up into committees that will handle certain sections of the club's activities. ex. Advertising, Event Planning, etc.
Please do help the new members with the application process if they have any questions. We hope to see you all at the next meeting.
Officers: We are planning on holding a fifteen minute meeting every Wednesday after school in Mr. Hayes' room (129). This will help us prepare for the meeting on Thursday and help run the club much smoother. Reply back and let me know what you think about it and whether you'll be able to make it to the meetings. Thanks for your willingness to help!
